The Installation Department provides the key components to assist with equipment installation, menu building, staff and management training and onsite standby for new and existing venues.
Hardware Installation
- Our hardware installation team offers years of experience to assist you with the implementation of your equipment.
- Site survey and analysis to integrate the POS system with your floor plan.
Database Building
- We put our experience to work to produce a software package that meets order entry needs of the staff and guests.
- Our project managers will custom build the database to fit your reporting needs.
Staff Training
- We offer on-site training at the store level, from back-to-basics to advanced proficiency skills for mid and upper-level management at our offices or your corporate facility.
- We offer electronic and printed manuals to answer common questions.
Onsite Standby
- Having a project manager onsite during live operation is paramount to assist with “fine-tuning” of the system.
Ongoing Training & Database Management
- We also maintain existing sites with programming updates and staff training.
- POS upgrade assistance and standby for new menu rollouts.
